Please sign below to give your consent for Wizarding World Digital LLC and the LEGO Group, including their licensees and affiliates (collectively, the “Companies”), to use any picture, video or other image taken of you, including your voice and words, at King’s Cross Station in London on 1st September 2023 (together the “Images”) for the purposes set out below.

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby grant the Companies permission to take, store and use the Images, including the right to use my name, voice, likeness, image, photograph or quote, around the world and in perpetuity in any and all media, including but not limited to: on the Companies’ websites, on Pottermore.com, on Wizardingworld.com, in general on any of the Companies’ social media channels and applications, and in connection with any of the Companies and their licensees advertising, publicity and promotional materials of the Companies’ goods or services.

I hereby consent to the Companies transferring the Images and video interviews and my contact details to a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or storing them at a destination outside the EEA for the purposes set out above.

Using Images of you in the above stated ways does not entitle you, or your child, to receive compensation for such use.

We will only use your personal information for the purposes set out in this consent form. We will not use or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes. This Consent Form shall be governed by English Law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under or out of this Agreement. (IMPORTANT: if you are under 18, your parent or guardian will have to sign on your behalf).
