We worked to deliver a hybrid event with the University of Essex events team. The three day long conference featured a number of speakers, both in person and remote, delegates from around the world, in person and watching online.
The event online was built around a custom platform that allowed for breakout rooms.
The platform allowed us to have each session available for playback when a talk had concluded. As this was a ticketed event, online delegates were able to sign up to one, two or all three days and only paying guests were allowed to view the content. The multi camera set up’s used three complete vMix systems to power the live streams, with remote delegates calling in on the new Zoom integration with vMix.
